摘要
对于钢铁企业热轧生产控制计算机系统中的实际轧制计划初选问题，即板坯库倒垛问题，提出了一个新的非线性０—１整数规划数学模型，通过实际应用表明，该数学模型与原有的启发式经验模型相比。
A new non linear 0-1 integer programming model is proposed to solve the problem of practical rolling plan in computer systems of operational control for hot rolling mill. By practical application,it gives remarkable results compared with the experiential model.
