摘要
通过分析急难险重任务临时性和时效性、伤员伤情复杂性、工作环境恶劣性等特点,指出情商在执行急难险重任务时能起到控制情绪、感知患者情绪、自我激励和主导人际关系的作用,有利于护士完成急难险重任务。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of the emergent, difficult, dangerous and important assignment that included provisionality and time - sensitiveness, the complexity of wounded injury,the worst of work envirnnment. Based on the analysis,it pointed out that high emotional quotient would benefit nurses to control their emotion, perception of emotion of patients, selfmotivation, and becoming the leading role of interpersonal relationship and eventually help them accomplish the assignment successthlly.
