摘要
目的探讨护士情绪智力对情绪劳动策略的影响。方法选择2012年12月复旦大学附属肿瘤医院护士488名,采用情绪智力量表和情绪劳动量表进行问卷调查。结果护士的情绪运用、情绪管理对表层行为具有负向预测作用(P<0.05);情绪运用、情绪管理对深层行为具有正向预测作用(P<0.05);情绪运用对自然行为具有正向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论情绪智力对情绪劳动不同的表现策略具有不同的影响,提高护士情绪运用和情绪管理能力,能降低表层行为的运用,提高深层行为和自然行为的运用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the nurses＇ emotional intelligence and emotional labour strategy, so as to provide information for nursing human resource management. Methods A total of 488 nurses in our hospital were recruited and surveyed by the Emotional Intelligence Scale and Emotional Labour Scale in December 2012. Results The emotional application and emotional management had negative impacts on surface behaviors （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but had positive impacts on deep behaviors （P 〈 0.05 ）. The emotional appli- cation had a positive impact on natural behaviors （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The emotional intelligence has various impacts on emotional labour strategies. It can improve the nurses＇ ability of emotional application and emotional management. In some extent, the emotional intelligence can reduce the surface behaviors, and improve the deep behaviors and natural behaviors.
