摘要
就职业倦怠的概念和起源、研究现状、测量工具、产生的原因及结果、干预方法等进行综述,并对研究中的不足及未来研究方向提出建议。
It reviewed the related researches on job burnout of peadiatric nurses at home and in abroad in recent years from the conception and origination,research status quo, measurement tools, causes and results and interventions of job burnout. It put forward some suggestions aiming at the insufficient existed in the researches and the future direction of development.
