摘要
为解决工业喷吹管道内气/固两相流固相浓度的在线实时测量问题,研制了一种带有对称边保护极板的螺旋形状表面板电容式相浓度传感器.通过优化设计,其检测场空间内灵敏度均匀性误差低于5%,降低了相分布及流型变化对测量的影响,有效地减小了测量误差.已在现场应用,运行效果良好.
A helical shaped surface plates capacitance transducer has been designed to solve the problem of in situ measurement of instantaneous solids phase concentration of gas/solid two phase flow. The homogeneous error of the sensitivity distribution in the sensing field is less than 5% by using optimum design,which diminishes the effect of phase distribution and flow regime changes on the measurement. The transducer has been used at the work site with good running result.
