750kV金昌—安西送电线路工程玉门段设计风速的计算分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用玉门镇气象站1955—2007年风的基本资料,分析了750kV金昌—安西送电线路工程玉门镇段的平均风速、最大风速、大风日数、各风向频率及最大风速、大风危害等风的基本特征。建立了玉门镇气象站1955—2007年的逐年最大风速序列,通过对序列资料的一致性审查,发现从1990年开始气象站风速明显减小。通过与线路较近的未受城市化影响的风电场测风塔的风速资料的比较,采用线性回归法求出了两者的相关关系,用此关系对玉门镇1990年后的风速资料进行了修正,构成了53年完整的相当于空旷地上的年最大风速序列。根据建筑设计规范采用极值I型曲线,用修正的序列推算出玉门镇气象站不同重现期(100,50,30年)10m高处10min平均年最大风速(基本风速)分别为33.1,31.5,30.3m/s。 Based on wind datas at Yumen Meteorological Station from 1955 to 2007, the paper analyzes the average wind velocity, maximum wind velocity, days of strong wind, frequency in every wind direction, basic properties of the maximum wind velocity and strong wind disasters in each direction at Yumen section of 750 kV Jinchang to Anxi transmission line, built up the serial of the annual maximum wind velocity at Yumen station from 1955 to 2007. The wind velocity at the station reduced obviously from 1990 by checking its consistency. Comparing with the data of anemometer tower at wind farm unaffected by urbanization at the same time, the linear regress method is adopted to evaluate the relation between 2 meteorological stations. The wind data of Yumen after 1990 were corrected. The serial of the 53-years' maximum wind velocity equal to the data of open space was composed. According to the building design code, the annual maximum 10-min averaged wind velocity at the height of 10 m above the station ground for different return periods(100, 50, 30 a) were calculated by adopting the function of Extreme I as 33.1 m/s, 31. m/s and 30.3 m/s respectively.
