摘要
2014年7月超强台风"威马逊",在北部湾防城港光坡镇登陆时中心附近最大风速为48 m/s,导致众多已经建成运行的输电线路出现不同程度的事故。笔者通过现场调查、收集"威马逊"台风后的灾情记录及气象站实测风速资料,估算重现期,重新进行频率计算,进一步分析和论证拟建的某输电线路基本风速取值的正确性,为工程的实施提供科学依据。
Sever typhoon Rammasum landed at Gu angpo Country, Fangchengang, Beibu Gulf in July of 2014,with its maximum wind speed of about 48m/s near the center of typhoon, which caused many completed transmission lines in failure with different degrees. Based on field investigation, disaster record, and measured wind speed data, recurrence period is estimated and frequency is calculated again to analyze accuracy of basic wind speed value of a proposed transmission line and provide a reference for project implementation.
