中草药提取物对异育银鲫生长、免疫与抗病力的影响 被引量:1

Effect of A Chinese Herbs Extract on Growth, Immunity and Disease Resistance of Allogynogenetic crucian carp

摘要 将360尾异育银鲫随机分成四组,一组为对照组,投喂基础日粮,另外三组为试验组,投喂基础日粮中分别添加500、1000、1500mg/kg地锦草、仙鹤草、辣蓼等中草药提取物。连续投喂60d后,测定鱼的生长、血精超氧化物歧化酶活性,丙二醛含量,溶菌酶活性,一氧化氮浓度,血清总蛋白浓度等。与对照组相比,添加500、1500mg/kg中草药提取物显著提高了鱼体增重率和提高SOD活性;添加1000mg/kg中草药提取物显著提高了鱼体肥满度、肝体比以及血清总蛋白含量;添加500、1000、1500mg/kg中草药提取物可显著降低丙二醛的含量;1500mg/kg中草药提取物显著增加了NO的含量。鱼攻毒试验也表盟试验各组都有死鱼,但是对照组死亡率都是最高的。因此添加500—1000mg,/kg地锦草、仙鹤草、辣蓼等中草药提取物可有效提高异育银鲫的抗氧化与免疫力,降低其对病原菌敏感性,促进异育银鲫的生长。 Chinese herbs is extracted from Euphorbia humifusa wild,Agrimonia pilosa and Polygonum hydropipre. A total of 360 Allogynogenetic crucian carp were allotted into four groups randomly. The control group was fed with basal diet, the others were the treated groups fed with basal diet supplemented with 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg Chinese herbs ex- tract,respectively. After 60 d of feeding,the growth, serum superoxide dismutase activity (SOD), malondialdehyde content (MDA), lysozyme activity, nitric oxide content (NO), and Serum total protein content of Allogynogenetic crucian carp were investigated. The results showed that ingestion of 500, 1500 mg/kg Chinese herbs extract significantly increased growth gain rate and serum SOD activities, and food intake of 1000 mg/kg Chinese herbs extract evidently improved the fullness index,hepatosomatie index and serum total protein content compared with the control. Serum MDA contents in the group of 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg Chinese herbs extract were lower while NO contents in the group of 1500 mg/kg Chinese herbs extract was higher than those of the control. The artificial infection with A. hydrophila caused mortality in all groups, but the control was the highest. Therefore it indicates that ingestion of 500-1000 mg/kg Chinese herbs extract could improve immunity and antioxidation ability, help challenge the pathogenic infection to some extent, and promote fish growth.
