GC-MS Analysis of Essential Oil from Sphallerocarpus gracilis ( Bess. ) K. - Pol.

摘要 本文采用水蒸气蒸馏提取法,运用气相色谱.质谱联用分析技术和气相色谱保留指数法,对青海产野生迷果芹中挥发油化学成分进行比较分析,用GC面积归一法分别计算了各成分的相对含量。结果表明迷果芹的挥发油得率为0.46%。从迷果芹挥发油中分离并鉴定出19种化合物,其中相对含量最高(49.176%)的成分是1-甲基4(1-异丙基)-1.4-环己二烯。 To study the chemical components of the essential oil from Sphallerocarpus gracilis ( Bess. ) K. - Pol. in Qinghai province, the essential oil was extracted by stream distillation. The chemical components were analyzed by means of GCMS and GC-RI. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization. The results showed that the yields of essential oil from Sphallerocarpus gracilis( Bess. ) K. - Pol. was 0.46%. Nineteen chemical structures were identiffed. The highest relative content( 49. 176% ) among these chemicals was 1-methyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-1.4-cyclohexaoliene.
