摘要
对不同采收期黄参的功效成分进行了分析,并对甲醇提取物进行抗氧化研究。结果表明,与头年10月份采收的黄参相比,次年4月份采收的黄参淀粉含量显著降低,还原糖、蛋白质、脂肪、黄酮、多酚含量增加,矿物质含量基本不变;甲醇提取物抗氧化性增强。
The nutrition and antioxidant of methanol extracts of Sphallerocarpus racills collected at different harvest time were analyzed.The results indicated that,compared the Sphallerocarpus racills collected in October,the starch content of Sphallerocarpus racills harvested in April the next year reduced significantly,sugar,protein,fat,flavonoids,polyphenol content increased to a certain extent,minerals unchanged in basic and methanol extracts oxidation resistance reinforced.
