XY-A型口腔矫治器治疗轻中度OSAHS的疗效研究 被引量:5

Efficacy of the adjustable XY-A1 type oral appliance thermoplastic material to treat mild or moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

摘要 目的评价可调式热塑成形XY-A1型口腔矫治器治疗轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的疗效。方法采用36例经多导睡眠图(PSG)检测并诊断为轻中度OSAHS的自愿患者,用加热变型的高分子塑料注塑成形的可调式XY-A1型口腔矫治器治疗,对比治疗前后的PSG检测指标,患者自评主观症状(ESS评分),患者亲戚或同室居住者观察患者夜间鼾声强度的变化,以及患者评价此项治疗方式的可接受程度。结果可调式热塑成形XY-A1型口腔矫治器治疗后患者呼吸事件等各项指标改善,病情程度分级下降,睡眠分期结构较治疗前更趋向健康年轻成人的睡眠特征。结论可调式热塑成形XY-A1型口腔矫治器可以作为轻中度OSAHS治疗的经济方案,效果肯定,制作简便。 Objective To observe the efficacy of the adjustable XY-A1 type oral appliance thermoplastic material used to treat mild or moderate obstructive sleep apnca hypopnca syndrome(OSAHS). Methods 36 patients with mild or moderate OSAHS were measured by polysomnogram(PSG) before and after the use of the adjustable XY-A1 type oral appliance thermoplastic material. The study compared the patients'stages of sleep, apnea events, and the scale of disease conditions or rational symptoms( Epworths'sleepiness scale), used before and after the treatment. The patients'relatives or ward mates observed changes in the patients'snoring scale,and the patients were also evaluated by themselves after using the material. Results All research indexes of OSAHS showed improvement : the scale of disease conditions decreased, and the characteristics of patients'stages of sleep emulated the characteristics of healthy young men. Symptorp, s such as daytime lethargy were alleviated or disappeared. The patients themselves and their relatives or ward mates reported that the treatment had been effective. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the adjustable XY-A1 type oral appliance thermoplastic material to obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is effective. As the material can be made easily, the treatment is lost-effective.
