可调式口腔矫治器治疗呼吸暂停综合征临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨可调式口腔矫治器在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)治疗中的应用及疗效。方法对戴用可调式口腔矫治器的30例OSAS患者和同期戴用普通下颌前移类矫治器治疗的30例年龄、体重、病情相当的OSAS患者于治疗前、后进行X线投影测量分析,并结合多导睡眠图监测,比较两组患者的疗效。结果与对照组比较,可调式口腔矫治器患者上气道间隙明显增加,AI、AHI明显降低,SaO2明显升高(P<0.05)。结论可调式口腔矫治器戴用感觉舒适,明显增加上气道间隙,升高SaO2,降低AI、AHI,疗效优于普通下颌前移类矫治器。 Objective To study the application and therapeutic effect of the adjustable oral appliance in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-syndrome (OSAS). Methods Totally 30 OSAS patients (21 males and 9 females) receiving the adjustable oral appliance (AOA) were enrolled as trial group, and another 30 patients concurrently wearing ordinary mandibular repositioner device (MRD) as control group. The patients in the two groups matched in age, Body mass and disease condition. Roentgenographic analysis and polysomanography monitoring were used before and after treatment. Results The patients in the trial group felt well and were willing to use the appliance. Compared with the control group, the apnea index (AI) AND apnea - hypopnea index (AHI) decreased by 85.5% , and SaO2 significantly increased in the trial group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of AOA was better than that of MRD in treatment of OSAS patients.
