摘要
空间自位(简称KZ)型高刚度轧机具有空间自位性能。其空间自位性能使轧机四列滚动轴承每列和轧辊轴向调节螺纹机构保持均载。因此,该轧机自位性能的自位程度直接影响到轧机轴承和轴向调节螺纹机构的工作寿命。本文作者对2672工厂2轧车间350空间自位型高刚度轧机轴向串动量和轴承座摆动量(水平方向和轧制力方向)进行了现场在线动态实测,并对测试结果进行技术分析,进一步证实该轧机具有良好的自位性能。
The automatic space positioning(abbrev.KZ) type of high toughness rolling mill has a automatic space positioning ability,which can keep each of four rows of rolling bearing in the mill as well as the axial adjusting screw being under even load.And so the work lives of the bearings and the screw are affected directly by the performance of automatic space positioning.The axial displacement and swing quantity of bearings bed (horizontal and along the rolling force)are tested on the spot,the test results are analysed and it is proved that this kind of mill possesses good property to automatically position.
