大学进取与变革的路径--论伯顿·克拉克的创业型大学观 被引量:22

The Route of University's Enterprise and Reform——On the Entrepreneurial University Outlook of Burton R.Clark

摘要 创业型大学是21世纪大学组织上转型和大学进取与变革的路径与必然趋势。创业型大学有强有力的驾驭核心、拓宽的发展外围、多元化的资助基地、激活的学术心脏地带和一体化的创业文化五个核心要素。研究型大学如美国的斯坦福大学进取与变革的路径主要是通过构建多元化的资助基地,继而形成一体化的创业文化等带动整个学校的发展;地方综合型大学如澳大利亚的莫那希大学主要通过合并其他学校和发展国际事务等来实现学校的发展;职业型大学如芬兰的约恩苏大学则通过激活和发展学术心脏地带,并使核心学科日渐成为国家的重点学科,进而带动院校收入的多元化和其他学科的发展。 Entrepreneurial university was the university's organizational transformation in the 21st century and the route of university' s enterprise and reform, as well as the inevitable trend. Entrepreneurial university bad five core elements which were powerful driving core, expanded development periphet'y, diversified subsidized base, activated academic heartland, and the integrative entrepreneurial culture. The enterprise and reform route of research-oriented university, e.g. Stanford University of America, mainly focused on the construction of diversified subsidized base and formed integrative entrepreneurial culture, etc., so as to promote the overall development of the university. The local comprehensive university, e.g. Monash University of Australia, mainly focused on the combination with other universities and the development of international affairs, etc., so as to realize the development of the university. The profession-oriented university, e.g. Joensuu University of Finland, mainly focused on the activation and development of academic heartland and made the core subjects become the national key subjects to bring along the diversity of institution revenue and the development of other subjects.
