新加坡南洋理工大学的成功崛起——“创业型大学”战略的实施被引量：48

The successful rise of Nanyang Technology University of Singapore——Strategy choice of entrepreneurial universities

摘要新加坡南洋理工大学是亚太地区创业型大学的典范,其“创业型大学”战略在具体实施过程中主要体现在以下方面:在学校管理上大胆引入产业界的管理经验,在人才培养上重视创新精神的培养以及对创业实践的支持,在财政经费管理上积极寻求“第三渠道经费”来源,在外围发展上树立服务意识并积极发展国际领域的合作。我国大学应合理借鉴该校的有益经验。 Nanyang Technology University is a representative of entrepreneurial universities in Asia-Pacific area. Adopting experiences of industry in university management, attaching importance to innovation spirit and entrepreneurial practice in talent cultivation, searching ＂the third stream financial source＂ on finance management, strengthening service conception and improving international cooperation on periphery development are implement of strategy of entrepreneurial universities in Nan Yang Technology University. Chinese higher education should borrow the valuable experience of new idea of entrepreneurial universities.
