上海地区桔小实蝇生物学特性初步研究 被引量:8

A preliminary study on the biological characters of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)in Shanghai area

摘要 上海地区桔小实蝇以蛹越冬,成虫发生高峰期为9~10月份。研究表明:桔小实蝇幼虫、蛹的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为11.30±2.83℃、11.96±0.84℃和102.38±21.26日度、153.57±9.75日度。9月中旬~翌年1月,室温下成虫饲养结果表明,成虫产卵较少或几乎不产卵。 Bactrocera dorsalis overwinter with their pupae in Shanghai area,and their adults occur from May to November of a year in which the peak period is between September and October. The re- search on their threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature under experimental conditions showed that the development zero is 11.30 ± 2.83℃ at the larva stage and 11.96 ± 0.84 ℃ at the pupa stage,and the effective accumulated temperature is 102.38 ± 21.26 day degree at the larva stage and 153.57 ± 9.75 day degree at the pupa stage. The result of rearing the adults at room temperature from mid-September to January next year indicated that the adults seldom or hardly oviposited.
