摘要
为了研究6种植物源活性成分对桔小实蝇的毒力和驱避行为,采用室内毒力测定6种植物源活性成分的杀虫活性,利用行为趋向反应实验测试了6种植物源活性成分对桔小实蝇的驱避效果。结果表明,毒力从大到小依次为:丁香酚>1,8-桉油醇>绿花白千层醇>α-松油烯>罗勒烯>石竹烯。1,8-桉油醇、绿花白千层醇、罗勒烯、α-松油烯对桔小实蝇具有显著的驱避作用;丁香酚、石竹烯对桔小实蝇具有引诱作用。综上,1,8-桉油醇、绿花白千层醇对桔小实蝇驱避效果显著且毒力较强,有望成为植物源农药候选材料。
In order to study the toxicity and repellent behavior of six plant-derived active ingredients against B.dorsalis.The insecticidal activity of six plant-derived active components was determined by indoor toxicity test,and the repellent effects of these six plant-derived active components against B.dorsalis were tested through behavioral response experiments.The results showed that the toxicity was as follows:eugenol>1,8-cineole>viridiflorol>α-terpinene>ocimene>caryophyllene.1,8-cineole,viridiflorol,ocimene,andα-terpinene had significant repellent effects against B.dorsalis,while eugenol and caryophyllene had significant attractive effect.1,8-cineole and viridiflorol had significant repellent effects and potent toxic activity against B.dorsalis,showing promising as candidate materials for botanical pesticides.
