百合富含多种营养和生物活性成分,具有抗癌,止咳祛痰平喘,镇静催眠,降血糖,以及抗疲劳提高免疫力的功能特性。综述了百合的保健功能及营养成分。
Lily contains a lot of nutrition and biological active components. It has many functions such as cancer resisting, cough relieving, sputum elimination, anti - asthma, regulating blood sugar level, sedative, hypnotic, anti -fatigue and improving immunity as well. The nutritional ingredients and healthcare functions of lily were summarized in this paper.
