摘要
在"5.12"汶川特大地震中,医院根据伤员数量、伤情伤势特点、现有资源、救治任务的进程等,在大批量灾难伤员救治中进行了多次分诊的组织管理尝试,成功救治了大批量地震伤员,使伤员的死亡率及致残率控制在较低水平。
According to the number of casualties, condition and severity of injuries of the casualties, exist- ing resources of our hospital and the course of rescue, multitriage method was creatively adopted in organization and administration of mass casualties for medical rescue after Sichuan~ May 12, 2008 Wenchuan earthquake disaster. A great achievement has been made in controlling the mortality and disability rate of casualties and made it in the low- er level. Muhitriage is an organizational and administrative attempt on mass casualties after disaster.
