摘要
急救现场伤员合理分类是提高医疗救援质量的关键。通过实践,作者认为迅速启动应急机制、建立分类组织、明确分类人员职责、选择合理分类场所和佩带分类标志等措施是及时、合理救治的前提。现场将伤员分为3类:一类是紧急救治组,二类是延期治疗组,三类是期待治疗组,采取收容分类、救治分类和后送分类3种基本形式,可避免因伤员多而导致工作忙乱、救治效率低等问题,提高伤员医疗救援质量。
Reasonable classification of the injured first aid on-site medical aid is to improve the key the quality . Through practice, that the rapid response mechanism activated, the classification of the establishment of the organization, a clear classification of staff functions, a reasonable choice of places classified logo and classification of measures and soon are premise of timely and reasonable treatment. The wounded at sene will be divided into 3 types： the first is for emergency medical treatment group, the second category is the extension of the treatment group, the third is looking forward to treatment group. Taking asylum classification, treatment and transference classification, can avoid work confusion and, low efficiency of the treatment and improve the quality of medical rescue.
