摘要
创伤评分法是对伤员损伤严重度评价的标准方法。本文重点阐述了医院内创伤评分方案中应用最广的方法———简明损伤定级(AIS)30多年来的演进与在我国的应用和研究情况,同时介绍机动车医学促进会(AAAM)最新版AIS 2005及在我国的初步应用。
Trauma score system is a standard method for evaluating severity of injury. This paper described the evaluation of abbreviated injury scale （AISI ,one of the most commonly used trauma score method in-hospital in the world, and introduction of its use and research in China. Up to now, the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine （ AAAM ） published the newest edition of abbreviated injury scale （ AIS 2005 ）. This paper also introduces the initial report of the usage of AIS 2005 in China.
