摘要
经过多年的发展,广西农业信息化建设已具有一定的基础,但还存在农业信息资源建设滞后、缺少高素质农业信息人才、农民信息意识薄弱等问题,制约农业信息化发展。解决这些问题的关键在于人才,文章提出了广西农业信息化人才队伍建设的主要措施,如依靠高校正规教育培养高层次农业信息化专业人才,依靠在职培训和教育培养中低层次农业信息化人才,采取各种措施引进、吸收国内外优秀农业信息技术人才,重视培养基层农业信息化带头人和提高农民科技文化素质,增强农民利用农业信息的能力等。
After years of construction, Agricultural Information already has a rather good foundation in Guangxi. However, there still be some problems such as delayed construction of agricultural information resources, lack of high-quality agricultural informatization professionals, weakness of farmers＇ awareness in agricultural informatization, which constrains the development of agricultural information. To solve these problems lies in the talent. Key measures for construction of agricultural informatization personnel teams in Guangxi were suggested in the paper, which includes relying on formal education of colleges and universities to train high level professionals of agricultural information technology, relying on-job training and education to train a low and medium-level personnel of agricultural informatization, taking various measures to introduce domestic and foreign outstanding personnel of agricultural information technology, paying attention to training of grassroots leaders in agricultural information technology, and increasing farmers＇ ability to use agricultural information and improving their scientific and cultural quality.
