摘要
文章采用参与式评估法和问卷调查法,对四川省X县7个村、233户贫困户进行调研。分析扶贫工作在精准识别、精准帮扶、精准退出、精准评估环节中的信息需求及服务问题;基于信息生态理论总结扶贫中信息服务的主要制约因素;从信息、信息人、信息环境视角提出服务策略。
In this paper, the participatory assessment method and the questionnaire survey method were used to study 233 poverty households in 7 villages of a specific county in Siehuan Province. Firstly, the paper analyzes the information demand and information service problems of poverty alleviation in terms of accurate identification, support, exit and evaluation. Secondly, based on the themy of information ecology＇, the paper summarizes the main constraints of information service in poverty alleviation work. Finally, a serviee strategy is proposed from the perspectives of information, information user and information environment.
