摘要
介绍了农业信息技术的学科特点、我国农业信息化的现状以及农业信息人才的需求状况。在此基础上,针对农业信息人才的培养,提出了以“创新意识、实践意识、终身学习能力、动手能力和综合能力”为主的基本素质要求,以及“农业科学+信息研究及管理+现代信息技术手段+外语”的基本知识架构,阐述了农业信息人才知识结构多样性与特色构建的重要性。
It is introduced the subject characteristics of agricultural information techniques, the current situation of agricultural informationization in China and the requirements to the agricultural informantion talents. Based on these, according to the cultivation of the agricultural information talents, it is put forward the basic quality requirements mainly of ＂ innovation consciousness, practice consciousness, life-long learning abillity, operating ability and comprehensive ability ＂, and the basic knowledge structure of ＂agricultural sciences＋information research and management＋modern information technology method＋foreign language＂. Also, the importance of diversity of knowledge structure and characteristics construction of agricultural information talents is elaborated.
