摘要
各国社区矫正的模式多种多样。我国社区矫正工作自试点以来,也涌现了多种各具特色的地方模式。社区矫正"1+X"模式包含社区矫正机构、社区矫正人员组成、社区矫正对象、社区矫正立法、社区矫正经费来源等五个子模式,"1+X"模式具有机构精简、人员构成合理、经费节俭、运作经济、立法适势等特点。
Different modes of community correction have been practiced in different countries, which being experienced also in China since its experiment is being made. Based on the analysis of ＂1 ＋ X＂ ,we can defined five sub -items of this mode, which has its merit being described as tidy institution, intelligent staff, timely legislation and sources of economic funds , etc.
