摘要
目的评估360度外伤性睫状体脱离缝合术的效果。方法对24例明确诊断360度外伤性睫状体脱离的患者行睫状体脱离缝合术，根据第一次手术所选范围不同分为两组：①A组：在1个连续的不超过180度的范围内手术。②B组：选择2个不连续范围进行手术，总手术范围不超过270度。结果A组（55．55％）手术成功率较B组（93．33％）低。结论睫状体缝合固定术是治疗360度外伤性睫状体脱离的有效方法。270度睫状体缝合手术成功率大于180度睫状体缝合。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the suturing reattachment operation to 360-degree cil- iary body detachment. Methods A total of 24 patients were operated. They were divided into two groups ac- cording to the operation scope in the first time. Of the two groups were： group A （the operation scope was no more than 180 degree） and group B （the total operation scope of two discontinuous parts was no more than 270 degree）. Results The success rate in group A （55.55 % ） was lower than group B （93.33 % ）. Conclusions The suturing reattachment operation is an effective surgical method. The success rate of operation in a total scope of 270-degree is higher than in a scope of 180-degree.
