摘要
目的:探讨外伤性睫状体脱离复位的手术效果。方法:分析20例(20)眼外伤性睫状体脱离改良复位术的临床病例资料并评价其疗效。术前均通过超声生物显微镜(UBM)确定睫状体脱离的位置和范围。结果:17眼术后视力不同程度提高,所有患眼术后眼压均提高。结论:睫状体缝合复位术是治疗外伤性睫状体脱离的有效方法,尽早手术有利于恢复眼压,保护视功能。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of the suturing reposition for ciliary body detachment. Methods： Clinical data of 20 patients （20 eyes） with traumatic ciliary body detachment underwent improved suturing reattachment operation were analyzed and its curative effect was evaluated. The position and range of the ciliary body detachment were determined by ultrasound biomicroscope （UBM） before operation. Results： The visions of 17 eyes were improved to various degrees in 17 eyes and the intraocular pressures （IOP） of all patients increased after operations. Conclusion： Surgical reposition of suturing is an effective method for traumatic ciliary body detachment, and timely operations is beneficial to the recovery of the intraocular pressure and the protection of the visual fiancfions in patients.
