摘要
目的 观察睫状体缝合复位术治疗外伤性睫状体脱离的手术效果。方法 手术前通过裂隙灯三面镜、前房角镜或超声生物显微镜确定睫状体脱离的位置和范围。本组 18例患者均采用睫状体缝合复位术 ,术后配合用散瞳剂和皮质类固醇类药物控制炎症。结果 所有患者术后观察 1～ 6月。视力恢复情况 :矫正视力在 0 8以上 12例占 66 7% ,0 4～ 0 7者 5例占 2 7 8% ,0 3者 1例占 5 5 %。眼压、前房、瞳孔、眼底改变均恢复正常。结论 本组 18例外伤性睫状体脱离患者均行睫状体缝合复位术 ,取得满意的治疗效果。通过临床观察结果说明该手术是一种安全、实用、有效的治疗方法。
Objective Observed the result of the operation for suturing reattachment operation of detachment of ciliary body treating detachment of ciliary body of trauma. Methods Before the operation, we used slit lamp?three mirror contact lens?gonioscope?ultrasonic biology microscope to determine the place and the scope of detachment of ciliary body. There were 18 patients operated suturing reattachment operation of detachment of ciliary body with mydriatics and corticosteroids used after operation. Results The follow up time was 1 to 6 months. Their corrective vision, 12 in the 18 (66.7%) cases had≥0.8 vision, 5 in the 18 (27.8%) cases had 0.4 to 0.7 vision, 1 in the 18(5.5%) cases had 0.3 vision. Visual deterioration, ocular hypotension, shallow anterior chamber, deformed pupil and changes of the fundus were recovery. Conclusion Suturing reattachment operation of detachment of ciliary body treating detachment of ciliary body of trauma was a useful,effective and safe way.
