摘要
针对铰接式自卸车的铰接体在转向时受力复杂的特点,采用三维造型软件CATIA对其进行三维实体建模,通过有限元数值模拟对铰接系统的结构和强度进行分析和计算,获得车辆转向过程中的最大载荷。有限元分析结果表明,车辆转向过程中上、下铰销承受整个系统的较大载荷,局部区域存在着明显的应力集中现象,与伸长油缸相连的销及铰座应力值明显高于和缩短油缸相连的一侧。采用实车试验的方法对分析结果的正确性进行验证,试验结果和理论分析结果基本吻合。
It is extremely complicated that the stress on articulated body of articulating steering system when steering, the three-dimensional model of articulated body was established utilizing 3I) modeling software CATIA and the maxi- mum load in the process of steering was acquired through analysis and calculation on structure and strength of articula- ted system based on FEM simulation. The result indicates that the upper and lower articulated pins bear the larger load of the whole system in the process of steering. The obvious stress concentration exists in local area. The stress of pin that connects with extending cylinder and free bearing is definitely larger than that of which connects with shortening cylinder. In order to validate the analysis results, the vehicle test was carried out. The results of test and theoretical analysis fit well.
