摘要
针对某井下用防爆运输车的承载特征和其作业时经受的复杂路面工况,分别建立了车体的多体动力学模型和有限元模型。采用虚拟样机技术在计算机中模拟不同的工况和路面激励特征,提取出特定路面激励下的峰值波形,再通过有限元分析方法得到其动态特性,其结果满足车体的动强度要求,为今后车体的改进设计提供了依据和理论参考。
According to loading characteristics and complex road conditions when it works of certain mine explosion-proof transportation vehicle used in mine,multi-body dynamics model and finite element model of frame were established respectively in this article.Virtual prototyping technology was used to simulate different load condition and road excitation characteristics,the specific road excitation peak waveforms were extracted,then obtain the dynamic characteristics by finite element method,the result can meet dynamic strength requirement of frame,provides basis and theoretical reference of improving frame design.
