摘要
以德国CXP1032起重机油气悬架为研究对象,根据其物理模型建立复杂的非线性数学模型,确定了一组参数值,用德国Schenck公司生产的全路面模拟试验台进行试验,用MATLAB5.3/SIMULINK3.0软件进行计算机仿真,试验结果与计算机仿真结果相吻合,表明所建立的数学模型适用于被研究的油气悬架。
Based on the physical model of the oil-gas pendant of CXP1032 crane produced by Germany, a complicated non-linear math model is created and a set of parameters is established. A test is conducted with the complete road surface simulating panel manufactured by Germany company Schenck, and an compute-based simulating test is made with the software MATLAB 5. 3/SIMULINK3. 0, the test result is coincided with that of computerized simulation, which indicates the created math model is suitable for the researched oil-gas pendant.
