摘要
将体重相近的9周龄健康固始鸡慢羽纯系母鸡120只随机分成2个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,进行11周的饲养试验。在饲喂等能量、等蛋白饲粮条件下,研究不同粗纤维水平(3%、5%)对固始鸡盲肠纤维素酶活性和部分血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:高纤维饲粮显著地提高了盲肠纤维素酶、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,降低了白蛋白(AP)、磷(P)(P<0.05)含量;但对总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、尿素(UR)、钾(K)、钠(Na)没产生显著影响(P>0.05)。
In order to study the effects of diets containing different levels of crude fiber (3%, 5% ) with equal energy and protein on caecum cellulase activity and partial serum biochemical indices of Gushi chicken, 120 heads of 9 - week - old healthy slow feather pure- line female chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into two treatments, three repeats per treatment and 20 chickens per repeat, they were fed for 11 weeks. Results showed that there was significant difference between two treatments in cellulase activity, alkaline phosphatase (AKP), albumin (AP), phosphorous (P) (P 〈 0.05), but high -level crude fiber diets had not significant effect on the content of total protein (TP), globulin (GP), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), urea (UR), potassium (K) and sodium (Na) ( P 〉 0.05).
