含苜蓿的颗粒饲料对鹅生产性能和器官生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Pellet Feed Added with Alfalfa on Production Performance and Organ Growth of Geese

摘要 在颗粒饲料中添加苜蓿草,研究含苜蓿的颗粒饲料对鹅生产性能和器官生长的影响。选用1日龄扬州鹅,分为对照组(不添加)和试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组(分别添加2%、4%、6%、8%苜蓿草),结果表明:试验Ⅳ组的平均日采食量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P〈0.05),试验Ⅰ组和对照组的平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),各组的料重比差异不显著;试验Ⅰ组的腿肌率显著高于试验Ⅱ组和对照组(P〈0.05),各组屠宰性能的其他各项指标均无显著差异;试验Ⅰ组的肝重、脾重和肌胃重均显著高于对照组和试验Ⅳ组(P〈0.05),试验Ⅰ组的十二指肠和空肠长度显著长于试验Ⅳ组(P〈0.05),对照组的胃pH值显著高于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P〈0.05)。综上所述,含苜蓿的颗粒料对鹅的生产性能和器官生长具有一定的促进作用,以添加2%的效果较好。 This study was to investigate the effects of pellet feed supplemented with alfalfa on production performance and organ growth of geese.300 healthy geese with similar weight were randomly divided into 5groups with 3replicates and 20 geese per replicate.Geese were fed the pellet feed supplemented with0(control group),2%(group Ⅰ),4%(group Ⅱ),6%(group Ⅲ)and 8%(group Ⅳ)of alfalfa respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed that:1)The ADFI of group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of control group and group Ⅰ(P〈0.05).The ADG of groupⅠ was significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P〈0.05),but the F/G in all groups were no difference.2)The ratio of leg muscle in groupⅠ was significantly higher than that in control group and group Ⅱ(P〈0.05),but the others indexes of slaughter performance in all groups were no difference.3)The weight of liver,spleen and muscle stomach in groupⅠ were significantly higher than that in control group and group Ⅳ(P〈0.05).The duodenal length and jejuna length of groupⅠ were significantly longer than that in groupⅣ(P〈0.05)and the pH of stomach in control group were significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ.In conclusion,the pellet feed added with alfalfa can improve production performance and organic growth and the effect of pellet feed supplement with 2% alfalfa was better.
