摘要
根据多年的教学体验和实践,对生物化学实验的教学内容、方法及手段等做了改革尝试,并在教学实践中收到良好效果。结果表明,实验教学改革在高等院校教学中占有很重要的地位,对培养学生实验动手能力、分析解决问题能力,提高综合素质具有重要的现实意义。
With the abundant teaching experience and practice, some tentative innovations on the content, method and technique in Biochemistry Experiment have achieved good results. Research results show that the reform on lab training plays an important role in college education. It＇s also significant to cultivate the manipulative ability, analyse the problem - solving ability and improve the overall quality.
