摘要
为了更好地培养知识-能力-素质三位一体的创新型人才，推行实验室结构重组、深化实验教学改革、强化实验室管理、创建特色实验教学体系、建设大学生科技创新基地等一系列举措，收效良好，成果辐射到了实习、课程设计、毕业设计、就业等各个环节，形成了实践教学的良性反应链。
In order to well cultivate creative talents to perform the cultivation mode of taking the knowledgeability-quality as a whole, the measures of reorganizing the laboratory structure, deepeningth up the reform of experiment teaching, strengthening laholatory reform, creating experiment teaching system with its own characteristics, constructing the scientific and technological innovative base, are implemented and achieved good results. The results radiate to the training, curriculum design, graduate design, employment, etc. and form the good reflection of practice teaching.
