摘要
科技环境与科技型人才聚集效应有着密切的联系。良好的科技环境有利于促进科技型人才在一定区域聚集,形成人才集聚现象并产生一定的人才聚集效应。本文运用比较分析方法研究了中西方科技环境对科技型人才聚集效应的正负面影响。在借鉴西方国家经验的基础上,本文提出了优化我国科技环境的相关措施,旨在以良好的科技环境促进我国科技型人才聚集效应的产生与提升,进一步推动我国科技进步,提高我国科技竞争能力。
There is a close link between the technological environment and the effect of technological talent aggregation. A good tech- nological environment promotes talent aggregation in a certain region and creates talent aggregation effect. The means of comparative analysis is used to study the positive and negative impacts of technological environment in China and western countries on the effect of technological talent aggregation. Based on the experience of western countries, several measures of optimizing technological envi- ronment of our country are put forward in order to promote the produce and enhancement of the effect of technological talent aggrega- tion, to further advance technological development and competitiveness.
