摘要
科技成果的转化要求有完善的环境功能作保障,从分析我国科技成果转化中环境功能的演变过程入手,对科技成果转化过程中的环境功能要素进行系统的分析,研究环境功能系统有效性的评价指标体系和评价方法,并提出完善环境功能的具体对策和措施。
Science and technology fruit transforming demanded complete environment function. By analysing the development process of enviornmental function in science and technology transforming, this paper mode a systematic analysis of enviommental function in science and technology fruit transforming. It also did research on the appraisal indexes and methods of validity of environmental function, and it put forward the countermeasures and methods to fufill the enviornmental function.
