摘要
参照现行的“技巧水平”评分办法，评定了常用集成预报方法的技巧水平。通过分析评定结果，引进最优化技术，导出了高技巧水平的集成预报新方案。集成结果优于线性回归等集成方法。
In this paper the current synthesizing methods forecast techniques are assessed in accordance with existing marking method called “technique level”.The plan with a high forecast technique level is deduced by analysing the marked result and introducing optimization technique.The results have the advantage over the linear regression etc.
