摘要
目的为鉴别和进一步研究开发冬凌草提供方法依据。方法采用石蜡切片法观察茎、叶的解剖结构,用水合氯醛透化法观察冬凌草茎叶粉末的显微特征,并观察其原植物和药材性状。结果描述了冬凌草的原植物和药材性状的特征,确定了其茎叶及粉末的显微鉴别特征。结论此研究结果可为冬凌草的鉴别和进一步开发利用冬凌草提供依据。
Objective To provide basis for the identification and the further research of R. rubescens. Methods The paraffin section technology was used to observe the microscopic identifications of stems and leaves of R. rubescens. The slide with chloral hydrate was used to observe the microscopic identifications of the powder of stems and leaves. The properties of the R. rubescens plant and herb were also observed. Results The properties of the R. rubescens plant and herb, the microscopic identifications of stems and leaves and their powder were reported. Conclusion The results can provide basis for the identification and the further research of R. rubescens.
