摘要
[目的]对烟台百里香进行生药鉴定,为进一步开发利用烟台百里香植物资源提供依据。[方法]采用石蜡切片法观察茎、叶的解剖结构;用水合氯醛透化法观察烟台百里香茎叶粉末的显微特征。[结果]烟台百里香在原植物、性状和显微等方面具有专属性特征。[结论]该试验描述了烟台百里香的性状、显微和理化特征,为烟台百里香的鉴别和进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
[Objective ] The aim was to study the pharmacognosy of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak. , and provide basis for the further research of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.. [ Methods ] The paraffin section technology was used to observe the microscopic identifications of stems and leaves of T. quinquecostatus Celak.. The slide with chloral hydrate was used to observe the microscopic identifications of the powder of stems and leaves. [ Results] There were exclusive characteristics in original plant, properties and microscopic characteristics of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.. [ Conclusion]The properties, microscopic identifications and physical and chemical identification of the T. quimtuecostatus Celak. were studied in this research which will provide basis for the identification and the further research of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak..
