摘要
目的观察扶正排毒片对无症状人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者血浆甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)水平的影响,探讨其可能作用机制。方法检测服用扶正排毒片的无症状HIV感染者服药前、服药后3个月,6个月的血浆MBL水平,并检测健康体检者的血浆MBL作为健康对照,比较服用扶正排毒片前后血浆MBL的变化,并与健康体检者做对照。结果服用扶正排毒片的无症状HIV感染者血浆MBL在入选、治疗3个月、治疗6个月无显著性差异,与健康体检者比较也无显著性差异。结论扶正排毒片对无症状HIV感染者血浆MBL无明显影响,无症状HIV感染者的血浆MBL水平与健康体检者无明显差异,扶正排毒片的作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To observe the influence of FuZhengPaiDu tablet on asymptomatic HIV carriers, and its mechanism. Methods Detected the level of plasma MBL in asymptomatic HIV carriers who FuZhengPaiDu tablet at enrolled, 3 th,6 th month,and compared them with those of heahy samples. Results There was no significant difference for MBC in asymptomatic lily carriers who took FuZhengPaiDu tablet before and after treatment, neither in health subjects. Conclusion MBL can not be enhanced significantly after treatment, and there is no significant difference from healthy persons. The mechanism of this drug should be studied further.
