摘要
目的观察狗肝菜多糖对D-半乳糖胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法建立D-半乳糖胺(D-GalN)诱发的大鼠急性肝损伤模型,不同浓度狗肝菜多糖干预后,测定动物血清ALT、AST。肝组织常规制片及HE染色观察组织病理学改变。结果狗肝菜多糖能使肝损伤动物血清ALT、AST水平显著降低。组织病理学检测发现狗肝菜多糖处理后肝组织损害程度降低。结论狗肝菜多糖对D-半乳糖胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of the Didiptera chinensis polysaccharide on the rat acute liver injury induced by D - GAIN. Methods D - GaIN - induced acute liver injury model was esablished in rats. After administrated different dose of Dicliptera chinensis polysaccharide, rat serum was coneated for detection of the contents of ALT, AST. HE staining was used to eval- uate histopathological change of liver. Results Dicliptera chirtensis polysaccharide could reduce the serum concents of ALT, AST, alleviate histopathological injury. Conclusion Dicliptera chinensis polysaceharide has protective effect on D - GaIN - induced acute liver injury.
