摘要
条码技术作为企业物流信息系统的基础设施,对于企业内外部的信息流通具有至关重要的作用。在现代制造企业物流系统方面,条码技术在许多大型制造企业及国外跨国公司中都得到了普遍应用,而在中小型企业中的开展却阻力重重。文章以传统制造型企业的领导和基层员工为访谈和问卷调查对象,以技术采纳模型为基础,从决策相关者视角构建了中小制造型企业采纳条码技术模型,并提出企业顺利引入条码技术项目的策略。
Barcord-technique is the infrastructure construction of Logistics Information System at any enterprise,which is most important for information flow and has come into general application in large enterprises and multinational corporation.But leaders decision-makers meet with some resistance at the medium and small-sized mechanical manufacturing enterprise.According TAM model,the barcord-technique acceptance model is build by interviewing with employee and employers.Finally,some suggestions are given for that barcord-technique will be introducted normally.
