自我管理模式在青年肠造口患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨自我管理模式在青年肠造口患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法对96例肠造口患者进行自我管理模式的健康教育,包括建立信任、心灵关怀、帮助定位、动机面谈、现身说教、资信宣教、造口门诊、俱乐部活动、网络咨询及健康日记十个方面。结果青年肠造口患者通过自我管理模式的健康教育,降低了负性情绪的发生,增强了自信心,提高了自我对疾病和造口的管理能力,缩短了回归社会和家庭的时间,从而节约了医疗服务费用、促进了患者的身心健康、提高了患者的生活质量。结论自我管理模式的应用促进了青年肠造口患者健康教育的开展,提高了健康教育效果。
