摘要
为探讨临床护理路径在直肠癌结肠造口手术患者健康教育中的应用价值，将2009年1月至2011年12月我院实施直肠癌结肠造口手术的82例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各41例，对照组进行常规健康宣教，观察组按照临床护理路径进行健康教育，并对两组患者术后健康教育内容评分、护理满意度及自我护理能力评分进行对比分析。结果显示，观察组健康教育内容评分、护理满意度及自我护理能力评分均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，应用临床护理路径对直肠癌结肠造口手术患者进行健康教育，可以确保健康教育质量，提高患者自我护理能力，值得临床应用。
In order to explore the applicable value of clinical nursing pathway in health education to pa- tients with rectal carcinoma undergoing colostomy,this study randomly divided 82 patients to be subjected to colostomy in authors＂ hospital from Jan. 2009 yr to Dec. 2011 yr. into observation group and control group,41 cases each one;control group was given with conventional health education,observation group with health education according to clinical nursing pathway;then compared and analyzed the postoperative score ratings on education content, nursing satisfaction degree and patient-self nursing ability between both groups. As results,in observation group the ratings of above 3 items were significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that health education according to clinical nursing pathway can en- sure health education quality,lift patient-self nursing ability,thus it is worthy to be used clinically.
