摘要
碳基金作为国际社会签署《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《京都议定书》以来出现的重要的节能减排平台之一,在全球节能减排领域发挥着重要作用,对我国的节能减排事业也提供了重要支持。从组织契约、投资决策、风险控制与投资退出等方面系统分析了碳基金的整体运行机制,并针对我国经济发展现状,指出了碳基金对我国节能减排事业的重要作用和发展本土碳基金的紧迫性和必要性。
Carbon Fund is one of the major platforms of energy saving after the international communities signed Act of Climate Changes of the United Nation and Kyoto Agreement.The Fund plays an important role in the global energy saving and contributes substantially to the efforts of energy saving in China.This thesis systematically analyzes the congregate operational mechanism regarding to organizational agreement,investment decision,risk control and investment withdrawal.It further points out the Carbon Fund＇s importance for energy saving struggle in China,and the urgency and necessity of developing domestic Carbon Fund.
