摘要
实验室生物安全防护的内容包括安全设备、个体防护装置和措施,实验室的特殊设计和建设要求,严格的管理制度和标准化的操作程序及规程。安全设备、个体防护是是隔离实验室工作人员和致病微生物及其毒素接触的一级屏障。GB19489-2008《实验室生物安全通用要求》的建设原则除了规定生物安全分级,还规定了实验室设施设备的配置、个人防护和实验室安全行为的要求。
