摘要
目的:探讨生物安全二级动物实验室的个人防护最佳方法。方法:从动物实验室的特殊性入手,分析生物安全二级动物实验室生物安全防护的重点和难点。结果:有针对性的加强重点防护部位是生物安全二级动物实验室个人防护的关键。防护服的正确穿脱、呼吸防护装置的恰当选择、手套使用前的检漏工作等等,都是进入生物安全二级动物实验室进行安全操作的必要条件。结论:生物安全二级动物实验室是目前生物研究领域内使用频率较高的动物实验设施,动物实验室与普通生物安全实验室相比有其独特的环境,因此其安全防护措施也有别于一般的生物安全实验室。
Objective：To discuss the best method of personal protection in grade II animal biosafety laboratory.Methods：In this article,the authors started with the specification of the animal laboratory.Correct putting up of protective clothes,selection of protective devices for breathing and detection of gloves before use were discussed.Results：Strengthening the main points of protective position is the key emphasis and difficulty in grade II animal animal biosafety laboratory.The right wearing and taking off of protective suits,proper selecting of breathing protective device,checking the gloves＇ leakage before using it.Conclusion：The grade II animal biosafety laboratory is applied with increasing frequency in biological research area.As compared with the ordinary biosafety laboratory,it has its own unique condition.Therefore,it has its own measures for biosafety protection.
