一种自生成二氧化碳厌氧菌采样管的研制与应用

摘要 为便于临床对厌氧菌的采集,根据酸碱化学反应原理,以碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))与稀盐酸(HCl)为反应物制取CO_(2),以指示剂耐尔蓝A和酚酞为主合成的CO_(2)浓度显色条,研制一种能够自动生成二氧化碳(CO_(2))的采样管,用于临床厌氧菌的采集。该厌氧菌采样管采取化学试剂分室定量存放,自主控制反应进程,可根据采样需求任意设定管内CO_(2)浓度,满足多种厌氧菌对不同浓度CO_(2)的需求进行采集。实现厌氧菌从采样到实验室全程厌氧状态,有利于提高细菌培养准确率。采样管设计小巧灵活,可直接存放于病区,供医护人员随时取用,具有设计合理、操作简单、使用灵活、安全性高和无交叉感染风险的优势。适于在各级医院检验科应用。 In order to facilitate the collection for anaerobic bacteria in the clinical work,one kind of sampling tube that can automatically generate carbon dioxide(CO_(2))was developed.According to the chemical reaction principle of acid and base,the calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))and dilute hydrochloric acid(HCl)were used as reactant to produce CO_(2).The color stripe of CO_(2) concentration,which was synthesized by Nile blue A and phenolphthalein of indicators,was used to collect clinical anaerobic bacteria.The sampling tube adopted quantitative deposition of chemical reagent in each room,and autonomous control for reaction process,which can arbitrarily set CO_(2) concentration according to the demand of sampling,and can conduct collection in meeting the demands of multiple anaerobic bacteria for different concentrations of CO_(2).The sampling tube can realize anaerobic state of entire process from sampling to experiment room for anaerobic bacteria,which is benefit to increase accuracy of culturing bacteria.Its design is compact and flexible,which can be directly stored in the ward to provide use for medical staffs at any time.It has a series of advantages include reasonable design,simple operation,flexible use,high safety and non-risk of cross infection.It is suitable to be promoted in the department of laboratory of hospital at all grades.
