摘要
采用乙醇抽提,柱层析比色法对芹菜中总黄酮含量进行了分析测定,结果表明,叶片比叶柄中总黄酮含量高约35倍.此外,本文还就不同贮藏时间和贮藏温度对芹菜中总黄酮的影响进行了初步研究,认为贮藏条件以室温下5天内为宜.
In this paper the flavonoid amount in the tetioles and leaves of apium graveolens is tested by alcohol exaction and column chromatography colorimetric determination.It is demonstated that the total flavonoid in leaves is about 3.5 times more than in tetioles.Furthermore the influence of different store time and temperature on flavonoid amount is studied.It suggests that the proper store condition is within 5 days under the ordinary temperature.
